Marwan is a new PhD student in the lab. He’s developing software and imaging strategies to quantify circRNA expression in terabyte sized reconstructions of whole animal lightsheet microscopy acquisitions.

He’s a member of the circRTrain project, which is a Marie Curie Innovative Training Network (ITN) funded by the European Union.

Marwan has a Dipl.-Ing. degree in software engineering from the Higher Institution of Applied Science and Technology of Sousse, Tunisia. Read more about Marwan
